Herb Cubes

We love adding fresh herbs to dishes. They add a bunch of flavor to rice, vegetables, or even scrambled eggs. To enjoy that flavor all year long, make a few batches of herb cubes. They are incredibly easy to make and last up to a year in the freezer.

  • To make, chop up your favorite fresh herbs.
  • Fill each ice cube tray up to ¾ full.
  • Add olive oil until just covered and freeze.
  • Freeze overnight and then add to freezer bags and label.
